Update Center 2.0 Serviceability Requirements

This document maintains the Update Center responses to the serviceability (S12Y) requirements as established by Sun's Serviceability Engineering.

Update Center 2.0 - Product Specific Requirements Document (PSRD)

The PSRD contains a set of serviceability (S12Y) requirements. Products teams respond to each of the requirements indicating their level of compliance. The S12Y team scores each product release based on their responses in the PSRD.

The SWI SRD (R-210) requires SWI components to establish a Product Serviceability Health Index (PSHI) score.

For the UC project we have filed issues for most of the requirements that we fail to fully meet. These issues all contain "S12Y" in the Summary. Current S12Y open issue report.
