"Multi-install" is the general capability to install multiple instances of software on the same OS instance, and be able to manage the lifecycle of those instances independently of each other. IPS
supports multi-install via its User Image feature.
The following are a suite of specifications that cover policies and best practices for unbundled products implementing multi-install support.
